Base Material
Classification & Application of Gypsum Powder
The main component of gypsum powder is calcium sulfate -- the primary coagulation material of the calcium sulphate core panel. It directly determines the final floor quality. Our source is pure natural gypsum powder, derived from natural gypsum ore without any chemical or biological processing. It is an environmentally safe material that poses no harm to human health.
The Application of Our Natural Gypsum Powder
Since the cost of natural gypsum powder is higher than that of industrial secondary gypsum powder, our company currently represents the pure natural gypsum powder that is scarce in China to offset part of the production cost. This ensures every floor is produced from natural gypsum powder.
According to the different needs of the project, gypsum powder from different origins is selected to make full use of its excellent performance. It not only ensures the quality of the floor but also improves the cost performance.
Supply Chain Note: Our gypsum powder supplier cooperates with Conch Cement to consume the part of natural gypsum ore that does not meet floor requirements -- ensuring consistent quality. Our wood fibers are high-quality kraft paper and natural white hemp plant fibers, not recycled materials from wallpaper factories.

Production Equipment & Formula Analysis
Variable Pulse Press
Calcium sulfate base material is made of gypsum powder mixed with wood fibers by pulse pressure pressing in the mold. The variable pulse press can adjust pressure to produce base materials of different densities -- accommodating customers with specific floor weight requirements.
Sufficient Curing Period
After pressing, gypsum powder undergoes initial to final setting. A mandatory curing period achieves maximum strength and ensures moisture stability -- a step many manufacturers skip.
Three Critical Elements of the Core Panel
Each element is interdependent -- mastering all three defines premium quality.
Strength & Warpage
Strength and warpage are inversely proportional. Our company has obtained a precise balance point after repeated experiments -- achieved through balanced pressure, scientific formula, high-grade gypsum powder, and tough wood fiber working in unison.
Moisture Control
Since gypsum is breathable, moisture is not a fixed value but a reasonable range. After full curing, our panels are dried in a drying room -- moisture is controlled within the qualified range and adjusts with ambient humidity.
Long-Term Stability
Industrial secondary gypsum panels carry a slight risk of deformation caused by chloride ion-driven water release. Our natural materials are inherently more stable -- directly extending the service life of the finished floor.
Flexible Application of Recipes
With the same equipment and raw materials, the formula can be adjusted to produce floors with different performances according to different needs.

Patented Mass Production Process
Preprocessing & Mass Production
Our company has more than 20 years of floor production experience and has carried out in-depth research and innovation in response to common quality problems in the market. The treatment of the calcium sulphate core panel directly affects the final quality of the floor.
Without solving the problem of veneer bonding, floors are easily affected by core panel moisture -- resulting in cracking, bulging, warping, and laying difficulties. Our company performs delicate grinding and leveling on qualified panels, then applies our unique patented process to strengthen the surface, reducing tolerance, strengthening physical properties, and improving compatibility.
