Installation Sequence
Pedestal Positioning
Galvanized steel pedestals with adjustable threaded rods are secured to the subfloor. Features a robust square base and a die-cast cross head.
Stringer Framework
Heavy-duty rectangular steel stringers (with black noise-reduction pads) are screwed onto the pedestal heads, forming a rigid 600×600mm grid.
Panel Installation
High-density core panels (Woodcore or Calcium Sulphate) with galvanized steel bottoms and finish top are laid precisely into the grid.
Final Leveling
The finished false flooring provides a durable, anti-static surface, perfectly locked together to provide immense load-bearing capacity.
